Susan Holton Knitwear is beautiful to look at and lovely to wear. It’s original, distinctive and women of all ages shapes and sizes will find something to suit, fit and flatter. My knitwear is beautiful, contemporary and infinitely wearable. I can also gift wrap anything in a beautiful recycled kraft box with white interior, gift tag and a choice of ribbon colour.

Hand crafted using luxury yarns

I craft my pieces with meticulous attention to design detail and quality of finish. This means garments fit and fabrics drape beautifully. My designs offer a classic approach which doesn’t date. Customers come back time and again to build their knitwear collection as well as to find much-loved gifts for lucky friends and family.

To create my knitwear I work with a domestic knitting machine – comparable to a weaver’s loom – and with top quality silk linen viscose and cotton yarns in various combinations. I mix different fibres yarns and colours together to achieve the colour texture and drape I’m looking for.

Hand dyed and hand painted

All pieces are designed knitted and finished in Britain. Many of my garments and scarves are hand dyed or hand painted so no two are ever quite alike. As well as my off-the-peg knitwear I’m happy to knit to commission.
