A quick note on packaging
I avoid using plastic when packaging or sending my products and use recyclable/reusable materials wherever possible. A tin of soap/refill will be wrapped in black tissue paper for protection and then popped into a carboard box (unbranded so you can reuse it) or a padded jiffy bag made from recycled materials.
